This post is testimonial that JguyUSguy can be used for more than cyber bitch-slaps and flame sprays. If you are a person who reads these posts but are hesitating to reach out to meet someone...stop hesitating and reach out now. There are guys who want to meet.

I met three guys from this site over the weekend. It was a real hoot. I can't remember the number of guys I have met from this site but it must be around a dozen or so.

I have met a guy from Yokohama, which is much closer to my home in Yokosuka and now I will have someone to socialize with mid-week over Ramen or whatever. I have purchased a language book and we plan to help each other with each others language skills.

I also met my good cyber buddy THEBLUELINE. And I found out he is not a police officer as I once thought. He is even more nice in person if you can believe it. He and I have shared private topics and we have also collated our hard earned factoids re the Tokyo gay scene and increased our "hit points".

The other Jguy I met lives in Tokyo and works for the government of Japan with "language". (I don't want to tell too much of his personal details.) He is lovely and masculine as only a Jguy can be. We are going to a Taiko Drum concert together in Golden Week. We both love Taiko drums. I am glad to be able to do something with a handsome young gay Jguy other than hattenba!!!

I believe our buddy Chamade (or was it Trojansan) mentioned that in the beginning gai jin tend to like Jtwinks (words to that effect) and then after a break in period gai jins tend to go for a more ethnic or traditional Jlook. I certainly to not have the experience here that he does but I have an appreciation for the ethnic look. This Jguy I am talking about now has that look. And we lay and cuddled and kissed in his Tokyo apartment for hour after hour Sunday afternoon. He makes love like a Japanese man...unhurried and deliberate...with pause.

I will visit Korea soon. Any Korean guys in Seoul or Pusan who want to meet up...drop me a personal. I think we have another travelogue in the near future!

But I had the best hook-up last week in Tokyo
with the US GUY administrator of this site.

He is such a nice guy and I enjoyed three hours of talk during my work hours.

Yes, I've been fortunate enough to meet several guys through this site who are "just friends." Who'd a thunk it? I've met the fabulous USguy and the infamous Sailor. Sometimes I wonder if I've ever crossed paths with other members such as M&M. (You don't have an Australian accent, do you, M&M? jk) I know I've even met the ever popular Route69, but he may not realize it...

Even though I am in Los Angeles, far from them main action going on in Japan, I have to say, JGuyUSGuy is one of the central lights in my life. I have made wonderful cyber-friends here, and no doubt my first trip to Japan next year will be made better by meeting some of them!

Most importantly, I have met several incredible Jguys through posting to the personals section, and lately, through the chatroom. In fact, my last affair was one of the best of my life and lasted 9 months, with a student here in California whose ad I answered. Not a LTR, but still, memorable. And...this weekend...I think I met the next one. I'll let you know when he arrives in L.A. later this month!

I love this community. I learn so much every day, and hope I'm a positive presence here.
